Amanda has a very colourful personality...before her recent wedding Amanda once rushed into the fashion closet (whilst i was an intern) demanding that she checks on her wedding dress which was stored in the closet at the time. Amanda often had nightmares that her dress was missing, it became a regular joke around the office that she needs a guard to watch her dress to keep her from having anxiety attacks.
Trust me...five or six interns put there hands up and waved furiously...you always had to take what an editor said seriously even if you were certain they were joking. If an editor entered the fashion closet an unsual almost awkward silence would occur (god forbid any intern spoke or made noise). I swear i saw an intern shaking when Amanda and Nina G demanded 'that disgusting pair of Fendi heels be removed from the showroom'.
Amanda always had impeccable style...and wasnt afraid to rock a pair of converses with a cute black mini ! She was one of my favourites, she always brought the leftovers of the numerous goodie bags she got sent to the interns! And they werent filled with 10ml hand moisturisers either...try Chanel nail polishes and H&M bikinis!!!
